Q.How many people can make one cake together and the charge？A.
Taiwan Home Baking Day：
Maximum two people can make one cake together. The accompany charge for the second person is $99. (Honghui/Tonlin Plaza/Global Mall/Big City $129) Coffee and tea are free to drink.
HongKong Home Baking Day：
Maximum two people can make one cake together. The accompany charge for the second person is $60 for weekdays and $80 for weekends and holidays. Coffee and tea are free to drink.
Singapore Home Baking Day：
Maximum two people can make one cake together. The accompany charge for the second person is $10 for weekdays and $14 for weekends and holidays. Coffee and tea are free to drink.
United States of America Home Baking Day：
Maximum two people can make one cake together. The accompany charge for the second person is $8 for weekdays and $11 for weekends and holidays. Coffee and tea are free to drink.
Q.How to store the desserts？
A.
- Cookies：Place in a sealed storage container and is fine up to a week.
- Pound cake：It is fine for one day at room temperature and three days in the refrigerator. Please heat up the cake when take it out from the refrigerator.
- Chiffon cake：Keep it in the refrigerator and please eat the cake within three days.
- Mousse cake/ no-bake cheesecake：Keep it in the refrigerator and please eat the cake within three days.
- Pudding：Keep it in the refrigerator and please eat within three days.
- Tart：Keep it in the refrigerator and please eat within three days.
- Cake rolls：Keep it in the refrigerator and please eat within three days.
- Puff：Keep it in the refrigerator and please finish it at the same day.
- Salty cake and salty pie：Best eaten sooner when it is still hot. Keep it in the refrigerator and please eat within three days. Please heat up the cake or pie when take it out from the refrigerator for better taste.
Q.How to make reservations / cancellation？

Please click the link https://goo.gl/nsuKdt to change the schedule (Please cancel the original schedule and make new reservation), and cancel the reservation. Please remember to choose the correct branch store when make the reservations
Q.Do you offer any birthday discount？
A.
Taiwan Home Baking Day：If you are a birthday person on that day, join LINE friends to enjoy a member's birthday gift, which can only be used by the member himself/herself.
HK Home Baking Day：10% off discount on his or her birthday (the big day!)

Q.How can I sign up the membership？
A.
You can be our member when make the cake at the price up to of $300 and collect the needed points.
Q.Can we bring outside food to eat at the stores？
A.
No, the outside food is not allowed at any of our stores as to provide the better baking environment for all the customers. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Q.Can we bring our own fruit and decorations for the cake？
A.
Yes you can prepare your own fruit and decorations for the cakes. We also have decorations purchase options available at our stores. Please call and consult the details.
Q.Can we make the desserts even we do not have any baking experiences？
A.
Yes you can. You will find clear instructions in tablet and our staff will be around for assistance if you have any troubles to use the equipment.
Q.Do you have any instructors at the stores to teach cake baking？
A.
We are DIY baking studios and provide tablet with clear instructions for you to follow the work steps. Also our staff is around to provide any assistance you need. You are welcome to enjoy relax baking environment without any pressures. We do not provide any baking courses and cakes to sell.
Q.Can I place my finished dessert in the store's refrigerator for a few hours？
A.
You can ask the staff if the refrigerator has available space to place the dessert.

Q.If the private booking or group reservation is canceled, how much of the deposit will be refunded?
A.
Taiwan Home Baking Day：
Refunds for deposits will be processed in accordance with consumer protection law:
14 days or more before the event: 100% refund
10–13 days prior: 70% refund
7–9 days prior: 50% refund
4–6 days prior: 40% refund
2–3 days prior: 30% refund
1 day prior: 20% refund
Same-day: No refund
Q.May I ask when I need to inform you if I want to reschedule a private booking or a group reservation?
A.
Taiwan Home Baking Day：
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 10 days in advance. *The postponement policy for typhoon days follows the same rules as cancellations and rescheduling.
If the government declares a typhoon day is announced, a full refund will be issued.
